Rebecca Oxenham jewellery is hand crafted in England using recycled precious metals. The jewellery I create is made to last a lifetime. This is in contrast to jewellery that relies on cheap labour and harmful metal mining methods where surface soil is often removed, and chemicals used. This causes a negative impact on the area’s biodiversity. I believe there is too much cheap, imported jewellery available that is made using non precious metals, often badly made, worn only a few times and then thrown away!
I am inspired and passionate about nature and committed to protecting the beauty of nature. The jewellery I create has as little impact on the environment as possible. I use recycled silver.
My jewellery comes in an ECO-friendly jewellery box that is FSC®-certified. The glue, paper and cardboard used in the production of this jewellery box, are all 100% eco-friendly. It is packaged in recycled eco-friendly tissue paper and posted in an eco-friendly recycled cardboard box.
